girlfriend portrait

i did this portrait of my girlfriend, a little while back for her birthday, it was done using technical pens, brush pens, children's over sized black pencils and pencil highlighters.

it was the first time in a very long time... a very very long time, i had attempted anything like this. it's not perfect by any means, but i was pleased with the overall result.

i will be doing a lot more of these types of pieces for sure
